Lynnette Smyer is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over a decade of experience — she has been in this work since 2013, and in that time she has helped hundreds of women transform not just their bodies, but the way they think about themselves and what is actually possible for them.

After changing her own life through faith and fitness, Lynnette got married and had multiple C-sections. Like so many of the women she now coaches, she faced her own postpartum belly and the deep frustration of a core that didn't function the way it used to. She restored her core without surgery. She healed her body from the inside out — and came out the other side with firsthand proof that what she teaches actually works, because she has lived every part of it.
